Does your current state of mind feel stuck or uncertain?
Are you looking to let go of old beliefs and habits?
Are you ready to bring balance and peace of mind back into your life?
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a concentrated state of attention and focus that bypasses the critical/analytical filter of the conscious mind, enabling one to access their subconscious mind. Everyone goes in and out of this state naturally several times a day (i.e., daydreaming, automatic driving). When purposefully accessing this state of mind, deep change and shifting attitudes are possible. Clients are as aware as they want/need to be, they are not asleep. One is in complete control and in that sense, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
Kristen approaches hypnotherapy as a collaborative experience, gently guiding her clients along the path to self-discovery and innate ability to creative healing. Scroll down for a myriad of ways hypnotherapy can support you on your journey!
